The layout of the iLearn interface for San Francisco State University is lacking in page-to-page consistency, leading to student user confusion.

Purpose Statement

The purpose of this study was to investigate and develop methods through which the iLearn interface for San Francisco State University will become laid out consistently from page to page and thereby eliminate student user confusion.
